The Bishop is Crossing Coming February 08

New York, NY – December 25, 2007- Real hip hop is back, but really it never left at all?
3 time U.M.A nominated, Da G.I.P. Radio Personality and Media Mogul Jayson “J-Didda” Butler has returned to the hip hop mix tape scene with vengeance to bring integrity back. This February Crezyrakk Records will present “UnAmerican Gangster” the first in a series of “Bishop is Crossing” mix tapes to be released this year. J-Didda this time has teamed up with Nu Breed Music Group (N.B.M.G.) President Anthony “Fate” Lynch (executive producer) to produce what will undoubtedly become a classic.
Famous for real lyrics witty metaphors and catchy hooks the talented rapper has appeared countless tracks, such as the smash hit collaboration with the great Dana Dane “Da Ledge” and remixes, Chris Brown's “Say goodbye”, Meryl Carter's “Killin me” and Alicia Keys “No One” to prepare the public for the event witch is about to unfold. “The Bishop is crossing” (Title set up track) sets the tone the mix tape. With the streets buzzing over “Bishop is Crossing” and “Want It All” garnering steam within underground and mainstream media it is no question this is not just a mere mix tape but a hip hop experience that only J-Didda could deliver.
His time away from the mix tape scene has proven beneficial. He has been apart of numerous endeavors within the culture. Currently he is CO-CEO of G.I.P/NBM Consulting, a artist development/marketing/ branding firm created alongside Anthony “Fate” Lynch and is also Vice President Of Operations/A&R Director for 50 Mics Inc., a promotions company which recently launched the 50 Mics Tournament Challenge . A talent competition stemming from all around the country to find the best talent, for a chance to be featured on a major label debut. For any individual a plate as so would be enough but not for J-Didda.

"I'm Tired of just sitting behind the desk pushing buttons and making money I need to make history" - J-Didda
